Delivery information:
- Order two working days in advance, complimentary delivery for the orders in Major Area in Hong Kong before 9pm (Outlying Islands and restricted area are not covered)
- HK$200 delivery charge to Non Major/Remote Area in Hong Kong
- After the order has been paid and confirmed, our customer service team will contact the customer and arrange the delivery date through phone. An email or message will be sent to customer at the time of dispatch of the order subject to the email address or phone number correctly indicated in the inscription form.
Add-on service*:
- HK$200 for urgent delivery (e.g. same-day delivery; and delivery at weekends or public holiday)
- HK$150 for specific time delivery
