RETURN & EXCHANGE
All products purchased at The Bristol Fairy cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

• All items must be returned new, unused,unwashed and in original packaging
• Items that you would like to return and exchange should be sent back to us within 7 days of your order being received.
• Please noted all customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless it is due to products' manufacturing faults.
• Once we received, returned items are processed within 10 working days
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
• All items purchased on sale.
• Discount code orders.
• All accessories, hats and socks.
FAULTY ITEMS
We only issue refunds if a product is defective or damaged.
If any disputes arises, The Bristol Fairy will have the final say.
