RETURN & EXCHANGE

All products purchased at The Bristol Fairy cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

• All items must be returned new, unused,unwashed and in original packaging

 Items that you would like to return and exchange should be sent back to us within 7 days of your order being received.

 Please noted all customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless it is due to products' manufacturing faults.

 Once we received, returned items are processed within 10 working days

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

• All items purchased on sale.

• Discount code orders.

• All accessories, hats and socks.

FAULTY ITEMS

We only issue refunds if a product is defective or damaged.

If any disputes arises, The Bristol Fairy will have the final say.
